Surface cleaning

Surface Cleaning is an essential completing operation after any Anode Treatment intended washing the surface from leftovers of previous treatment, using purified water at the end step.
Standard Cleaning Process Sequence of the parts, treated by an Anode Processing, comprises stages of trapping (first essential washing), rude hot washing, cascade backflow washing, finish De-Ionized water washings, both hot and ambience, following by drying procedures.
If necessary, by sequence for special parts, or by the technologist decision, additional surface cleaning processes are implemented: neutralization, trapping and washing after neutralization; washing using detergents (medical proved detergents are usually used); washing in Ultrasonic Bathes; washing in High Grade De-Ionized water (of HPLC quality); dry steam washing.
The main task of the surface cleaning systems operated at the Company is after treatment washing to ensure the end products’ quality as concerned to the surface purity.
Nevetheless, all these processes are used for pre-treatment cleaning as well, by sequence for special parts, or by the technologist decision. For pre-treatment cleaning, special chemical or electro-chemical cleaning processes may be utilized as well, if need.
