Titanium Color Anodizing is a commonly known phenomenon, and its properties are defined by special features of the Titanium Oxide surface structure. The colors created in the process are of interference nature and have attractive delicate vivid hues.
Finish Line has developed the FL Titanium Color Anodizing Process, initially aimed particularly for color marking of Titanium accessories for Orthopedic surgery, which has found however many other applications.
The size of parts treated at our Color Anodizing line may be from tens microns to 500 mm and more, with capacity up to thousands units per 8-hours shift, dependings on parts dimensions.
