The size of parts treated at our lines may be from tens microns to 500 mm and more, with capacity of up to thousands units per 8-hours shift, dependings on parts dimensions.
At Anode Treatment, a thin layer of the treated metal is dissolved, altogether with all surface defects, and a protection layer of oxides of the same metal is structured on the surface. The newly structured layer brings to the parts new performances, depending on the type of the Anode Treatment.

Opposite to regular metal electroplating, which is a Cathode type treatment, the Anode type one creates new surface performances using the treated metal itself, with no foreign materials. This ability is an important, and frequently obligatory, requirement for many applications.
