Production Control

Production Control comprises current every-day and every-hour activity of the Company control team, alongside to production activity of the Company production team. It includes vigorous testing of customers’ parts aimed for treatment, in the course of treatment, and aimed for shipment. Every specific part has a control procedure of its own.
The control procedures are carried out by experienced well trained personnel, using quick testing methods, like visual checking with the naked eye or under optical microscope, using photo-documenting for both cases, microns scaled dimensions measuring, quick process simulations if need. The results are transferred immediately to the production team and are used for making operative decisions of entering or not a manufacturing process, to adjust or not process parameters, to ship or not treated parts.
In complicated or doubtful cases the problem lots are removed from the lines, and the product samples are send for inspection and investigation at scientific instruments. Certain quota of the total number of regular probe samples is sent for scientific analyses as well, for on-line control.
