Dental Implants after blasting and etching undergo careful post-treatment processing comprising many stationed washing and drying working cycle, to assure completely uncontaminated surface before packaging in a Clean Room.
For pre- and post-treatment procedures we use updated equipment:
• Ultrasonic bathes of 20 L volume
• Magnetic Media Rotating Tumbling Machine
• Safe pressure protected Steamer for 10 at dry steam
• Automatic Abrasive Blasting Machine
• Water Deionization System, including separate station for HPLC level water
• Clean Laminar Cameras enabling 0.5 m/sec drying air flow
