Finish Line has developed and commercially operates the NLTM Process for Electropolishing of Dental Implants Drills 041, having capacity up to 3,000 drills per day.
The NLTM Process grants to Dental Implants Drills range of outstanding performancies:
• Bright austhetic appearance,
• Insreased corrosion resistance,
• Surface stress relieve,
• Elegant way to remove burrs and other after machining defects.
Especial achievements of the NLTM Process are its abilities to remove heavy oxide coloring after wrong tempering and to save drills’ size tolerances in as narrow as ± 3 microns range. Size fine control algorithm 060, developed for the case, allows on-line balancing the rate of the electropolishing thickness reduction vs actuall input dimensions, to reach output dimensions within required tolerances.
